1. We get to know you & your goals
Every great project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your business, your audience, and what you’re trying to achieve — whether that’s a new online store, a stronger brand identity, or a more polished social media presence. No templates. No assumptions. Just listening.
2. A clear, tailored proposal — no surprises
Based on our discovery conversation, we put together a clear scope of work, timeline estimate, and pricing. You’ll know exactly what’s included, what to expect, and when. We don’t do vague quotes or hidden fees — everything is laid out upfront before a single pixel is designed.
3. Where ideas become reality
Once you’re happy with the plan and we’ve confirmed the brief, we get to work. Chris handles all web design and development — building clean, fast, and conversion-focused websites and stores. Sia leads on branding, graphics, and social media content — bringing your visual identity to life with care and creativity.

4. Your feedback shapes the final result
We share the work with you for review and genuinely welcome your input. This isn’t a formality — your feedback matters, and we take it seriously. We refine and adjust until the result truly reflects your vision. Most projects include a dedicated round of revisions as standard, ensuring you’re completely satisfied before we move forward.
5. Go live — and beyond
When everything is polished and approved, we prepare your final deliverables for launch. You’ll receive all files, assets, and access you need. We don’t just hand things off and disappear — we make sure you know how to use what we’ve built, and we’re always here for questions after the project wraps up.
How long does it actually take?
Timelines vary by service and project complexity. Below are realistic estimates based on typical projects — and we’ll always give you a personalised timeline in your proposal.
- Shopify Stores : 10-20 days
Basic setup with theme customisation and product import. Complex stores may require more time. - WordPress Sites : 7-20 days
Custom multi-page website build including design, development and content setup. - Etsy Store Setuop : 4-10 days
Full shop setup including branding, listings, and optimised product descriptions. - Logo Design : 3-7 days
Initial concepts delivered within 3-4 days. Final files after revisions and approval. - Social Media Management : Ongoing

Absolutely. We work with clients all over the world. Our entire workflow is online, so location is never a barrier. We communicate via email and messaging platforms, and we make collaboration as smooth as possible regardless of time zone.
This varies by service and package, but most of our projects include at least one structured round of revisions as standard. We’ll always be clear about this in your proposal. Our goal is for you to be genuinely happy with the result, and we work collaboratively to make sure that happens.
It depends on the service, but generally: a brief description of your business, your target audience, any examples of work you like, your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) if they exist, and any specific requirements or deadlines. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything ready — we’ll guide you through it during the discovery stage.
Yes — that’s actually one of our greatest strengths as a studio. Chris covers all web design and development (Shopify, WordPress, and more), while Sia handles the visual and graphic side (logos, banners, branding, social media content). You get a fully joined-up team rather than having to manage separate designers and developers.
We hand over all files and assets, along with any platform access and guidance you need to manage your new website or store. We don’t vanish after delivery — if you have questions in the days following handoff, we’re happy to help. Many of our clients also return for ongoing work, updates, and new projects as their businesses grow.
